Here is a preview of one of the books I will have scheduled to start tomorrow for Week 1 of the 6 Week Stimulus Extravaganza!!Vintage Photoplay Book titled, “PETER PAN The Story of PETER and WENDY”. This book is in Very Good Condition with minor wear to the cover. The book has a copyright date of 1911 by Charles Scribner’s Sons. The book is 220 pages long. This book is by James M. Barrie and is illustrated with scenes from the Photoplay A Paramount Picture featuring Betty Bronson and Mary Brian. This was a Christmas Present and has, “Christmas 1926 Anne Mae from Marg”, written on the inside cover.
Overall this book was well taken care of. The pages have slight yellowing to the edges, a few small spots of discoloration here and there throughout the rest of book. There are no tears or writing expect as described above. There are some creases near the spine on pages 35, 37, 84, 85, 100, 101, 132, and 133. These creases appear to have occurred in the binding process. There are also some small creases approximately 1 to 1 ¼ inch long on the top corner of pages 57, 59, 77, 85, 91, 93, and 154.
