First Edition of Weeny Witch by Ida DeLage in Pristine Condition at OnlineAuction.com

Weeny Witch Unused First Edition by Ida DeLange in Pristine Condition at OnlineAuction.com

This book is no longer in print. It is rare to find, especially in this condition! Printed in 1968, the few copies I've been able to find online for sale, have been in 'good but used' condition at best, and run about $140.00 (average for 'good' condition). The one I have was probably never read. The pages have NO wear whatsoever. The spine has NO cracks. It looks and smells absolutely brand new!

Peter Pan Photoplay 1911 J M Barrie Betty Bronson Silent Film W1

Here is a preview of one of the books I will have scheduled to start tomorrow for Week 1 of the 6 Week Stimulus Extravaganza!!

Vintage Photoplay Book titled, “PETER PAN The Story of PETER and WENDY”. This book is in Very Good Condition with minor wear to the cover. The book has a copyright date of 1911 by Charles Scribner’s Sons. The book is 220 pages long. This book is by James M. Barrie and is illustrated with scenes from the Photoplay A Paramount Picture featuring Betty Bronson and Mary Brian. This was a Christmas Present and has, “Christmas 1926 Anne Mae from Marg”, written on the inside cover.

Overall this book was well taken care of. The pages have slight yellowing to the edges, a few small spots of discoloration here and there throughout the rest of book. There are no tears or writing expect as described above. There are some creases near the spine on pages 35, 37, 84, 85, 100, 101, 132, and 133. These creases appear to have occurred in the binding process. There are also some small creases approximately 1 to 1 ¼ inch long on the top corner of pages 57, 59, 77, 85, 91, 93, and 154.

Sorry, there is no Dust Jacket. This Book would make a wonderful addition to your Vintage Photoplay Book Collection. Don’t miss this opportunity to own this Peter Pan The Story of Peter and Wendy Book. Click here to view this Peter Pan Photoplay 1911 by J M Barrie

I have this Peter Pan The Story of PETER and WENDY Book for sale through OLAs Classic Auctions with a starting price of $28.99. This is a great price!!! Please check out my Stubsinc OLA Store for more interesting items. Click here to visit my OLA Store

SellerBuzz Welcomes FleaPirates and...

I know I've only been posting periodically during the last few weeks and now I can say why. No, it's got nothing to do with drama... roflmao!!!

I have been working with TLSWebSolutions on a blogging site and radio show! This site and show are for the eCommerce beginner and for the small seller looking to go to the next level. We believe OLA members will enjoy this show, which has current and relevant information to their businesses.

Last week, we had the debut radio show. We discussed what questions one should ask themselves when looking to begin in the ever growing, ever changing world of eCommerce... basically how to pick out a site to suit you. Since we're already happy with where we sell, I didn't make a big announcement. If you missed the show but would like to hear it, it's on Archive. Just visit SellerBuzz.com and you'll see the Talkshoe widget, which will take you to the archived show.

Here are the discussions we expect to be having this evening:
iPad
eBay changes
TAX INFORMATION
Payment Venues
6 Week Stimulus Extravaganza

Here is the link: TalkShoe.com or you can access the show through SellerBuzz.com. Either way, you don't want to miss tonight's tax talk with LadyP! Learn what steps you need to take to become a real business!

The show is LIVE. Here are the times:
5:05 Pacific
6:05 Mountain
7:05 Central
8:05 Eastern

Please keep in mind that this show is not all about OnlineAuction.com. We discuss all sites. We ask that comments be kept positive and that no one diss anyone else, and that includes other sites.

Get the Buzz with SellerBuzz!

Well worth sharing........

I received this from a friend of mine and thought it was worth sharing.

HANDBOOK 2010

Health
:

1.       Drink plenty of water.
2..       Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3.       Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4.       Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5.       Make time to pray and read your Bible daily.
6.       Play more games .
7.       Read more books than you did in 2009 .
8.       Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
9.       Sleep for 7 hours..
10.    Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality
:

11.    Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12.    Don't have negative thoughts on things you cannot control.  Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13.    Don't over do it. Keep your limits.
14.    Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15.    Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16.    Dream more while you are awake.
17.    Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18.    Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner about his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19.    Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20.    Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21.    No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22.    Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.  Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away -like algebra class - but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23.    Smile and laugh more.
24.    You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree...

Society

26.    Each day give something good to others.
27.    Forgive everyone for everything..
28.    Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of  6.
29.    Try to make at least three people smile each day..
30.    What other people think of you is none of your business.
31.    Your job won't take care of you when you are sick.   Your friends will.   Stay in touch.

Life
:

32.    Do the right thing!
33.    Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34.    GOD heals everything.
35.    However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
36.    No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
37.    The best is yet to come.
38.    When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
39.    Your Inner most is always happy.. So, be happy.

Last but not the least
:

40.    Please Forward this to everyone you care about, I just did.

Vintage Clear Hobnail OOAK Electric Table Lamp Night Stand lamp with shade

Up for sale is this Vintage One of a Kind (OOAK) custom built electric lamp. This lamp is made from 2 different vintage lamps. It would work great as a night stand lamp, desk lamp, end table or entry way table lamp.
The lamps it was created out of were both 40+ years old. The cord is original from one of those lamps and is in good condition. The shade is newer, is red and in good condition except for 1 of the little mini dangles is missing, other wise all the rest are there. The glass part of the lamp is clear and the bottom and middle globes are both hobnail. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. We are sending a hoop along in case you want to change shades, this way you'll have the option. Also included is a chandelier light bulb that is new. The lamp has a turn knob for turning it on & off. All the metal pieces and washers came from the vintage lamps used to create this lamp.
The lamps stands approx. 19" tall depending on whether you use the hoop or not.
Lamp will be shipped parcel post.
Any questions please ask.

January 2010 OLA Scavenger Hunt Winners

This month's scavenger hunt on www.onlineauction.com was the shortest game I have been involved with, since I started playing last January! The game started Sunday, and usually runs for a week, but this month, it was all over by Tuesday! WOW!
We had 2 players who found all the answers, and a couple more who were only missing one or two answers! WOW again! Finishing first with all 13 correct answers was bedding4me, and finishing a very close second was curiocache. Other top finishers included Tjintx, who had found 12 correct answers, and robinsgoneshopn had a great first game, with a score of 11. Winner of the participation prize was robinsgoneshopin.

Bedding4me will be hosting the next scavenger hunt game, and she has scheduled sign-ups to be posted February 7th, with the game to start on February 14th, Valentine's Day.
