PayPal and USPS Click-N-Ship Online Postage Shipping Solutions

During this Holiday Season you should have at least 2 different ways to print your Online Postage Shipping Labels. In my opinion, PayPal and USPS Click-N-Ship are 2 of the easiest shipping solutions available.

Most Online Sellers are familiar with printing Shipping Labels through their PayPal Accounts. PayPal allows you to print your Shipping Labels using USPS or UPS. The USPS Postal Services that are available through PayPal are Priority, Express, First Class, Media Mail, and Parcel Post. The shipping fees are taken out of your PayPal Balance. Here is a Direct Link to the PayPal Login where you can print a Shipping Label.

You can also print your Priority Mail shipping labels from the USPS through their USPS Click-N-Ship Service. Here are the step by step instructions. Go to the Click-N-Ship Website, set up an account, and then fill in the information for your label. You will have to use your credit card to pay for your shipping fee.

Just remember, that you can only Print Priority Mail shipping labels through Click-N-Ship. If you need Technical Support, they can be reached at 800-344-7779 option 3.

Homco Rabbits Bunnies Brown Set of 3 # 1442 W/ Box

Set of 3 Brown Homco Rabbits. Two of the Rabbits are in Near Mint Condition and have the gold Homco sticker. The other Rabbit is in Excellent Condition with a hairline in the base due to shrinkage during the firing process. The bottom of the bunnies are marked with the number 1442.

These Brown Rabbits come with the original Styrofoam box. The box is in Good Condition with a bar code and has “3 Beige Bunnies” written in black ink and “BUN BUNNIES” written in blue ink on the outside of the box. Then “SIDEWAYS” and “On Back” written in black ink on the inside of the box.

Precious Moments 1994 You're As Pretty As A Christmas Tree Bell NM Box

Check out this Lovely Precious Moments Bell by Enesco entitled, “You’re as Pretty As a Christmas Tree”. This Bell is in Near Mint Condition. The inside of the bell is marked, “THE ENESCO PRECIOUS MOMENTS COLLECTION copyright 1994 Precious Moments, Inc. All rights reserved worldwide Licensee Enesco Corporation Made in Taiwan R.O.C.”

This Bell measures approximately 4 ½ inches tall and 3 ¼ inches in diameter. The box is in Very Good Condition with a couple small pieces of scotch tape and a small area, on the front of the box, where some of the litho has been torn off, see picture.

Homco 1985 Denim Days Playtime # 8827 MIB Tag Box

Home Interiors Denim Days Porcelain figurine titled, “Playtime”. This figurine is in Mint Condition. The bottom is marked “‘DEMIN DAYS’ by ‘HOMCO’ copyright 1985 Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc. #8827 Crafted in Taiwan”.

This figurine comes with the tag and original Styrofoam box. The tag is in Excellent Condition. The original Styrofoam box is in Excellent Condition and has “8827 Playtime” written in Black and Blue ink on the sides. The box still holds the figurine securely and has been retaped over the original factory tape.

Collecting Little Golden Books

Here is what you should look at when buying Little Golden Books.

First, I would check the condition of the Book. Is the title page written in? Are the pages torn and dirty, or clean and crisp? Are there any crayon or ink marks throughout the book? Is the Book Spine damaged or intact? Are the colors still clear and vibrant or are they faded?

Once I determine if the book is in good condition. I look at the age of the book. One thing to look at when determining the age is the color of the outside binding. The very first Vintage Little Golden Books had a blue binding.

September 19, 1942, was the date the first ad was placed in Publisher’s Weekly. Twelve Little Golden books were issued first. The titles of the first 12 books were The Poky Little Puppy, The Alphabet A-Z, The Animals of Farmer Jones, Three Little Kittens, Bedtime Stories, This Little Piggy, Mother Goose, The Golden book of Fairy Tales, Nursery Songs, The Little Red Hen, Prayers for Children, and Baby’s Book.

Some of you may remember these books fondly and probably have childhood memories of your mom and dad reading you these books. They are great books and are still being sold today. The older books have become quite collectible and some are really valuable.

There are several ways to date these books. One of the easiest ways to date the Vintage Little Golden Books is by the Spine Design and color of the binding.

From 1942-1947, the majority of the first 35 book titles had blue bindings and were published with dust jackets. Then the bindings changed to gold spines, from 1947-1949 and had a pattern of flowers, leaves and animals. In 1949-1969 there was an Antique Gold spine with varied patterns of leaves, plants, and flowers.

From 1955-1959 The Christmas books had a Christmas spine design for the Christmas stories. Then my favorite spine design came out in 1954-1956, this was the Mickey Mouse Club Edition, they had red spines with portraits. I have only had a few of these books, but they all had Mickey Mouse heads on the red spines. From 1969 through the present the Little Golden Books have a Gold Spine with elephants, chickens, and crickets in the design.

I hope this helped to explain the very basics of what to look for when collecting Little Golden Books.

Very Pretty Milk Glass Bowl. This bowl is in Excellent Condition. Piltz Exposition Auditorium Civic Center Postcard Linen Unused 1932

Vintage Exposition Auditorium, Civic Center, San Francisco, California, Unused Linen Postcard. This Post Card is in Near Mint Condition with slight discoloration. The top of the card states, “EXPOSITION AUDITORIUM, CIVIC CENTER, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.” It is numbered 21 on the top right of the postcard and 2A-H775 in the lower right hand corner of the card.

The back of the postcard states, “CIVIC CENER BLDGS. The Exposition Auditorium is one of the buildings comprising the famous San Francisco Civic Center. It has a seating capacity of approximately 15,000 persons, and is greatly sought for National Conventions.” I believe that this postcard dates to 1932. It was published by Stanley A. Piltz Company, San Francisco, Calif. The Stamp Box states, “PLACE ONE CENT STAMP HERE.” This postcard measures approximately 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches.

The book has a copyright date of 1945 by American Book Company. The book is 296 pages long and 14 pages that contain the answers. This book is by Clifford B. Upton. The pages have slight yellowing to the edges of the pages.
