Supposed to snow here tonight.. that does not make me a happy camper. Last year I slid down a busy hill backward in my car....very, very unpleasant feeling. So, this year I now have studded snow tires on, just in case. Sure, it's all pretty and quiet and sparkling when in snows, and it seems so light out with the moon shining down. And, there's the soft crunching noise as you tread carefully. Okay - the clinic may close early allowing us all to go home, and really there's NOTHING more satisfying than grabbing a handful of ice cold snow and shoving it down the back of Dave's shirt..
But NO! No Snow! No giant snowballs on the ends of my horses tails, no hauling warm buckets of water from the bathtub out to them twice a day... no seeing funny little footprints on top of the snow and trying to figure out what critter put them there, no making snow creatures in the dark.. no sledding...
OKAY - fine... Let it SNOW!

Snow is coming, sooner or later but it is coming so brace yourself. I am as we are to get some Saturday and it was only a high or 39* today. BBBRRRrrrrrrrr

I love snow..pure and simple! But, then again..I am a Winter Gal! Don't like the heat and humidity..but I sure love the blustery winds of Winter! If I had my choice of a picture perfect hot, sunny day or a beautiful picturesque cold, snow glistened day..I would totally choose the snow! I love it..always have..always will! Call me crazy..but that is why I live in Wisconsin!
