"Chocolate Mug Cake" wet ingredients and directions...
2Tbl whisked egg, 3 Tbl milk, 3 Tbl oil, splash of vanilla or flavoring.
*for a fudgier version, omit egg.
Mix dry ingredients with with egg then mix in milk, oil and flavoring. Microwave for 3 minutes in a 1,000 watt micro.

I think this would such a fun thing for a birthday party! The kids can make their own "birthday" cakes, decorate them, and keep a special mug!
