This Royal Tara Mug was handmade in Galway. Royal Tara has been making treasured china in Ireland for over 50 years!
At times referred to as a demitasse cup, an Irish Coffee Mug is approximately half the size of a regular coffee cup. This cup measures 4 1/2 inches tall and has a 2 3/4 inch opening at the top. Filled to the brim, it hold 8 oz of your favorite beverage.
The pattern is from the Book of Kells collection. There is a pattern on one side only. The mug has gold trim on the rim and foot.
There is no damage to this lovely Irish Coffee Mug! I find no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
