USA Mirror Brown Drip Bean Pot or Cookie Jar. This Cookie Jar is in Excellent Condition with some very light scratches and minor crazing. The Jar measures approximately 8 inches tall with the lid on by 7 ½ inches wide. The bottom is marked, “USA”, and sits on three raised feet. The handle is metal. This Bean Pot/ Cookie Jar would make a wonderful addition to any USA Mirror Brown Drip Pottery Collection. Really nice bean pot.
I think this wonderful bean pot/cookie jar was made by Western Stoneware or McCoy; leaning towards Western Stoneware. Several companies had their own versions of this wonderful brown drip dinnerware, including Western Stoneware, McCoy, Hull and Pfalzgraff.
Thank You for the information Kidatheart10! I really appreciate it. Sometimes, it is very difficult to identify the manufacture of some pieces. I will have to do some research on Western Stoneware.
